| Davy Sim has been serving full-time since 2000. Prior to that, he worked with the management of Yamaha Music Corporation for 14 years. He is married to Lim Wei Tze and has 2 sons, Daniel and Benjamin(Promoted). He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, a Master in Religious Education (Theology) from Asia Baptist Theological Seminary and Doctorates in Ministry & Theology of Pietmond College of Theology. He is an author of 12 Devotions & Prayers books.

| Joshua Chan came to Singapore in 1997 and worked part-time in Singapore Bible Baptist Church from 1998-2000. He started to serve full-time in 2000 and has been serving in the Mandarin Ministry. He is married to Dorcas Koh and they have 2 sons, Jeremy and Josiah. He has a Diploma of Theology from Singapore Bible College.

Luke Sim started serving as a part-time staff in Singapore Bible Baptist Church in 2022. As a former Primary School teacher, he serves in the Education Ministry at SBBC. He has a Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education (NIE), Bachelor of Arts degree in English from National Technological University (NTU) and a Degree in Associate in Ministry from the Pietmond College of Theology. God has blessed him with the gift of music and he has composed dozens of gospel songs for the glory of God. His desire is to serve the Lord as a missionary to Philippines in the near future.

| Karen Tang has been a full-time staff since 2005. She has more than 20 years of working experience in the international operations of a British conglomerate and a German multi-national company. She is married with a son and is presently serving in the Administration & Finance and Missions ministries.
